Adi Paz is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and innovation strategist with over 15 years of experience building and scaling research-driven ventures across Europe, the United States, and Asia. An alumna of the European Innovation Council (EIC) and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), she bridges academia, startups, and industry to turn deep technologies into global businesses.

She founded OnTime, a community-driven logistics startup recognized among the Top-50 Mobility Startups in the EU, and previously led commercialization and investment initiatives at Quantum China Israel Investment (QCII) and the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Her work spans AI, data, and digital sustainability, and she is a strong advocate for quantum computing, championing its potential to transform industries from cybersecurity to materials science.
