Lola has over 15 years of experience scaling ecommerce businesses across Southeast Asia and Europe. From launching startups to driving international expansion for Allegro Mall Group, she has been at the forefront of ecommerce growth. Now, as a consultant, she helps purpose-driven companies and founders unlock new markets, focusing on go-to-market strategies, brand building, and operations.

A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, Lola mentors female founders through programs like Equilibrium by BCC, Femme Palette, Power Talks by Kérastase, and the Female Startup Pre-accelerator by Huge Thing and Visa Foundation. She is also an Ambassador for Womenture, working to boost female entrepreneurship in the EU innovation ecosystem, and a certified facilitator of the global #IAmRemarkable movement, promoting diversity and inclusion.

Lola recently joined Invest in Bravery as a partner and board member, where she connects Ukrainian startups with international investors to create opportunities for mutual growth and resilience.

Lola holds a Mini MBA from Mark Ritson, an MSc in International Marketing and Management from BI Norwegian School of Management and Nanyang Business School, and a BA in Finance from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
