Tony Hughes has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, mentor, and consultant.  He established the UK’s first digital media incubator, supporting over 60 tech start-ups.  He has advised numerous corporates on new product innovation including the BBC and Hewlett Packard and was a founding member of the Tech City Investment Organisation in London and Tech North for the 7 cities in the north of England.

Tony is a Dealmaker for the UK government’s Global Entrepreneur Programme and mentors knowledge-intensive companies looking to raise finance and scale globally.   

He is co-founder and Head of Locate Markets which provides international mobile companies with market data and insights to help them access global markets.    

Additionally, Tony advises Venture Capital groups on technology sectors and companies and serves as a non-executive director for companies that are expanding across global markets.
