Charles Michael Yim, is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, angel investor/VC, speaker, author, producer and philanthropist from Silicon Valley, with 2 successful exits and has raised $1 billion to date for various ventures. Charles is passionate about building innovative consumer based companies across various domains through his venture studio, cMy Ventures, encompassing deep tech in Web3/AI/blockchain/crypto, digital health, med device, robotics, health + wellness and functional CPG.
Notably, Charles gained recognition as a Reality TV Star on ABC’s Emmy Award-winning show, Shark Tank, where he successfully convinced all 5 celebrity investors, including Mark Cuban, whereby he invented the world’s first smartphone breathalyzer. Furthermore, he placed 1st place among 10,000 startups in Sir Richard Branson’s Xtreme Tech Challenge competition, securing a direct investment.

Charles is committed to being of service to the communities he’s involved with and is a donor of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy.
