Ivana Tykač, an entrepreneur, founded the Solvo think tank last year to support and strengthen the potential of women in the economy and society. She runs Women for Women, a non-profit company helping children and families in need.

She also launched the Amicara platform for families going through divorce in the Family Service Project. She has been in the real estate business for a long time, controlling assets worth about CZK 7 billion. She speaks four languages and is raising six children with her husband, billionaire Pavel Tykač.
