Alex Karo

Alex Karo has vast experience in retail mostly in sales and customer experience area. He was leading both e-commerce and physical channels teams ranging from few to several hundreds staff members and was responsible for sales and P&L.

For most of his 20-year professional career, together with his teams, he spent countless hours thinking about customer experience within sales&care processes with the goal to increase sales numbers, manage sales pathways, improve conversion rates, and test various approaches.

He believes that now is the time for AI to completely change the way we shop online—no more search bars and filters, just natural, pleasant conversations that guide the sales and customer experience.

He worked for T-Mobile, Česká spořitelna, Innogy, Deloitte, Sportega, Unilabs, Zentiva and others

Alex founded and is currently leading two companies: a consulting company MAGNETIC IDEAS – which focuses on restructuring and improving processes and customer propositions and also he founded AI company called ROBOSALES.AI, which aims to enhance the customer’s journey in online shopping and help e-commerce sites increase conversion rates and sales with utilisation of AI based sales assistance.
