Dalibor Kačmář has been the Director of Technology and Security since November 2019. He is responsible for creating Microsoft’s technology vision in the Czech and Slovak markets, particularly in the cloud, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and open data.

Dalibor Kačmář has been with Microsoft since 2003, most recently as Director of
Partner Network and before that as Manager of the Cloud + Enterprise division.
He is the founder of the Partners in Education initiative and has worked in the development division as an academic evangelist and then as a platform strategy specialist.

Before joining Microsoft, he taught computer science at several universities.
Czech Republic, USA, and Finland worked externally as a regional program director at Microsoft Developer Network.

In his spare time, he enjoys family, cycling, skiing and CrossFit, but also classical guitar.
