Matěj Matolín founded the creative recruitment studio Aplayerz and the educational platform DigitálníHR. With two decades of HR leadership experience, he has worked across corporations, tech firms, and startups in the Czech Republic and internationally. Passionate about technology, Matěj specializes in training Leaders and HR professionals in digital skills. He collaborates as a lecturer and mentor with various organizations, including Czechitas, CzechInvest, the University of Economics in Prague (VŠE), Femme Palette, StartupYard, Recruitment Academy, and Czech Founders.
