Martina Javorova is an attorney at law at PRK Partners specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, insurance and re-insurance. As part of her transactional work, Martina handles company acquisitions, investor entries (including setting up shareholder relationships), and corporate restructurings. She regularly advises clients in the insurance sector with a focus on “regulation and compliance”, and assists in the preparation of standard agreements related to their products. At PRK Partners, she heads the firm’s Insurance Practice Group.

Martina received her Master’s degree (Mgr.) from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She continued her studies under a one-year research fellowship with the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Martina has cooperated with PRK Partners as an attorney at law since 2011.

In 2023, Martina was honoured to be included in the list of 131 Inspirational Women in Finance, and in 2024, she was nominated among the TOP 100 Women in Czech Legal Business. She is also part of the leadership team of the Next Generation Legal Business Club, founded within PRK Partners.
