Daniel is an attorney at law at PRK Partners, specializing in the legal aspects of digitalization, AI and labour law. He is involved in HR digitalization initiatives, focusing on aspects such as implementation of electronic signing. Daniel regularly lectures on digitalization, labour law and artificial intelligence and published many articles on these topics. Daniel also leads implementation of digital and AI tools at PRK Partners and he is also actively engaged in creation of legal specific tools for AI.

He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and a member of the Collegium of Experts at the Association for the Development of Collective Bargaining (AKV).
