DynaNIC Semiconductors Wins Venture Club Disrupt Awards 2025 – Secures Opportunity for €3M Investment

At the prestigious Martinic Palace in Prague Castle, the 2025 edition of the Venture Club Disrupt Awards took place, organized by Startup Disrupt in collaboration with Venture Club. The competition offered a select group of five promising startups a unique opportunity to present their solutions to a jury of seasoned investors and experts, competing for a potential investment of up to €3 million.

The event attracted over 400 guests, including investors, founders, tech leaders, and media representatives—gathered to witness one of the key highlights of the Czech innovation scene. From over 45 applicants, the jury selected five finalists with the highest technological ambition and market growth potential:

  1. DynaNIC Semiconductors – Chip design and advanced hardware architecture
  2. Edmund AI – AI agents for industrial use
  3. Redamp.io – Fintech platform for cashflow optimization
  4. Molecule 46 – Biotech startup tackling male fertility diagnostics
  5. GENEZIS Mining Development – Green mining and ecological data centers

🎉 The winner: DynaNIC Semiconductors 🎉

Brno-based DynaNIC Semiconductors, a deep-tech startup originating from Brno University of Technology (VUT), stole the spotlight with their proprietary programmable FPGA chips. These chips significantly accelerate data processing, making them ideal for AI, cybersecurity, and network traffic analytics.

Their cutting-edge acceleration card currently handles data throughput of up to 400 Gb/s, making it one of the fastest on the global market. More importantly, DynaNIC custom-optimizes chip performance for specific applications—drastically reducing energy usage and boosting efficiency.

“DynaNIC showed that even in hardware, Central Europe can produce something truly disruptive. Their technology has global potential, offering a smarter and faster way to process data,” said Petr Šedivý, CEO of Venture Club Invest.

“This isn’t just about tech demos—it’s about connecting capital, talent, and global ambition. DynaNIC proved that Czech deep-tech innovation can lead on the international stage,” added Patrik Juránek, founder of Startup Disrupt.

DynaNIC now plans to use the potential investment to further develop its tech stack and scale internationally. The final investment decision will be made at the upcoming Venture Club Investor Day on June 10.
