Founder and Managing Partner of IPM Consulting, s.r.o. and Founder of and Political Consultant for the Institute of Political Marketing. Králová gained experience abroad where she worked on winning campaigns in the United States and France. Transferring and adapting trends and tools from campaign management to the Czech environment help Alzbeta set up contributions and professionalize campaigns. She has received four professional prizes for her work such as the Czech PR Award and in the Young Lions competition. The focuses of her work include the development of political marketing, campaigning, creating communication strategies, consistent brand building and on public education. Alzbeta took part in a prestigious program from the US government – International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and now she is the vice-president of the Czech Club of the IVLP Alumni. In the IPM, she leads Czech and foreign internship programs, provides expert commentary to the media, and supports active civil society. Her long-term goal is to motivate and help women to actively apply for elected positions.
