Anna Pasková

Anna Pasková is Director of the Department of Environmental Policy and Sustainable Development at the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic. In this role, she leads the coordination of cross-cutting national strategies such as the Strategic Framework for Sustainable Development 2030, the State Environmental Policy of the Czech Republic. With her team, she publishes reports on sustainable development and well-being and on the state of the environment. Her areas of expertise also include limatery impact assessment, limate risk and vulnerability assessment or sustainability reporting. Prior to joining the Ministry of Environment in 2014, Anna worked with the US Foundation for Environmental Security and Sustainability, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State Environmental Fund and the Czech Technology Agency. Anna graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences – Area Studies at Charles University and holds a master‘s degree in environmental security from the United Nations University.
