Bara started working in the energy sector in 2015 (Project Manager at Europagrid, Director at Future Energy Foundation) after spending 3+ years in film and TV development and production, project/event management, and public relations. Bara is a strong advocate for innovative technical solutions deployed in locations and communities that do not always benefit from the latest innovation, with particular focus on solutions to ending energy poverty. She was a Board Member of the International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications (INATBA), Co-chair of the Energy and Climate Action Working Groups there, and a member of Enterprise Working Group of Blockchain Ireland. Currently she heads Institutional Relations at INATBA and leads her own company consulting on innovative projects.
