His first Six Sigma project saved BofA on their telephony, introducing VoIP (yep, he’s that old) calling, and his first foray into bank software came with a mortgage transformation project. After arriving in the Czech Republic, Dan spent ten years in outsourcing, culminating in his departure from Okin Process as its CEO in 2020. From Waterfall to Agile, Dan has delivered many technology projects.
