As a consultant or program lead, I make strategy real through bottom-up, human-centric programs that scale AI/tech adoption, learning, brand growth, and social impact.

For 20 years, 13 of them leading global developer adoption programs through communities at Google, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, business, and society. Among else, I have co-created and led technology startups in the USA and the Czech Republic, such as one of the first e-learning platforms (WebStudy) or ride-sharing tools (Rideseek.net). I founded and helped scale currently one of the world’s largest IT meetup networks (Google Developer Groups). I have been consulting marketing teams, NGOs, educators and social impact organizations. Recently, I designed community programs to support products in Gen Digital as a Community Leads. 

Currently, alongside my independent consulting and leading training on human centric AI Adoption, I also consult and run internal community programs at Česká spořitelna .
