Hanaé joined CERN in July 2024 as Entrepreneurship Development Officer where she supports the CERN Venture Connect (CVC) Programme. With an international background in innovation management, communications, and strategic partnerships, she brings a collaborative, impact-driven approach to fostering science-based ventures and connecting cutting-edge research with entrepreneurial ecosystems. 

Prior to CERN, Hanaé was based in Hong Kong, where she served as Communication Lead and Partnership Officer at Agorize, a global innovation management SaaS platform working with Fortune 500 companies and large organizations. In this role, she led international communication strategies and developed partnerships, engaging startups and students through open innovation programmes. Her portfolio included collaborations with the Singaporean government, CapitaLand, Saint-Gobain, and Huawei. 

Hanaé holds a MSc in Innovation, Human Development and Sustainability from the University of Geneva, and a Master’s in Public Policy from Tsinghua University. She also earned a BA in International Development from King’s College London.
