Jarmila Kowolowska

Co-Founder & CEO, Grason Solutions

Jarmila’s first startup attempt was an ecological carwash service in Norway. This adventure didn’t last long, but provided Jarmila with immense amount of experience and introduced her to the world of entrepreneurship. After returning home, Jarmila joined a company that builds startups for corporations. Here she broadened her skills and network and, most importantly, met Karel, her co-founder in Grason.

Veronika Dvořáková studied law, economics and journalism. She is an equity partner at HAVEL & PARTNERS, the largest law firm in Central Europe, where she is responsible for communications, marketing, CSR, ESG and leads the HAVEL & PARTNERS Training Academy. She advises the firm’s major clients on strategic marketing and crisis communications. She is dedicated to the development of relationships with women clients and last year launched the Czech-Slovak project for the support of women, NextŽeny. She is one of the TOP 100 female lawyers (Euro), the most influential women in the Czech Republic according to the Czech Forbes, and the Slovak Forbes ranked her among the 40 most important women in Slovak business. She is involved in a number of charity projects, she is on the board of the Czech Radio Foundation (Světluška, Ježíškova vnoučata). A former journalist and senior director at the Ministry of Justice, she also worked on a UN human rights project in London.

Nela is the founder of Fpohybu, a company that helps to heal corporate culture

in more than seventy Czech and foreign companies. Together with physiotherapists, psychologists and nutritional therapists Fpohybu guides sedentary people through cleverly designed programs to incorporate movement and healthy habits into their daily routines as a way to improve their health, performance, and mental well-being. 

At her young age, Nela was shortlisted for the Amsterdam Creative Heroes Award, selected by the state of Chicago for the YTILI program for young innovative leaders in the US, and her business has been featured in Forbes and CzechCrunch.
