Jitka Dvorakova has held several executive corporate positions in companies like Panasonic and Philips. She moved into e-commerce as Sales Director in Netretail Holding, managing activities of Mall.cz in five European countries. From 2013 to 2023 she served as a CEO of CZC.cz e-shop. In parallel, she also led Mallgroup transformation as regional director for Slovenia and Croatia between 2019 and 2021. In 2017, Jitka was selected as one of the top three female managers in Hospodarske Noviny’s prestigious survey. Since 2017, she’s also consistently placed among the Forbes magazine’s most influential women in Czech Republic.

“The results of my work are as good as my team” says Jitka about her position in senior management. “My professional career has developed in decade-long periods. The first ten years working with the Japanese management when leading Panasonic on the Czech and Slovak market taught me foresight and anticipation of dealing with colleagues with different mentality and set of values. That served me well during the second decade, when I was responsible for 26 countries at Philips. These ten years gave me the ability of actually leading teams with different mentalities towards a common goal. The last decade in CZC offered me incredible room for creativity and ability to act – without large capital injections, but also without restrictive rules. But first and foremost, the last decade was full of joy from working in the midst of an honest and highly motivated collective.”
