Justin Hwa is a General Manager and Board Director with deep experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, and B2B SaaS. Specialized in scaling businesses and accelerating team performance, he led the global enterprise business unit for Wolt (acquired by DoorDash), expanding the B2B business across EMEA and Asia and growing topline revenue multiple-fold.

Prior to Wolt, Justin founded and led eBay’s Commerce Innovations venture studio, where he launched and scaled platforms and businesses that redefined the shopping experience. Justin also led eBay’s M&A, Strategic Partnerships, and Expansion functions for EMEA, as well as Global Product Strategy. 

He was also an investment banker at Moelis & Company based in New York and Hong Kong, specializing in M&A and restructuring for Fortune 500 companies in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Today, Justin serves as a board member and fractional/interim CXO, helping tech companies transform complex challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation. He is also actively working on projects at the intersection of PropTech and AI.
