Started his career in 2003 in IT & consulting companies in SK and Germany, where he led project teams and development centers. In 2008 he joined Erste in Slovenska Sporitelna and later became managing director of Erste Group IT SK and CIO of Slovenska Sporitelna. In 2014 moved to Erste Group Bank AG where he took responsibility for the Governance of Digital in Erste Group and set up of Digital Banking division responsible for the implementation, scaling, and roll-out of George to countries, later became CEO of George and Managing Director of George Lab. From the end of 2021, COO of Ceska Sporitelna covering both IT and Operations divisions.
