Michaela Chaloupková studied law at the University of ZČU and holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked at CEZ since 2003 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since October 2011. She is responsible for Purchasing, HR, Facility and Fleet mng. Since 2012 she has been regularly ranked among the top 25 women in Czech business. She is also regularly ranked among the most influential women in the Czech Republic by Forbes magazine. She is a coach and mentor. She is married and has two sons and one daughter.
