Michaela’s passions are in the HR function of startups and scale-ups, where she is always looking for innovative spins on the traditional HR mindset. As Head of People and Operations at Runecast Solutions, she was the leader behind the strategic efforts during the company’s acquisition by Dynatrace in 2024. Michaela also enhanced employee experiences, managed significant team growth, and implemented innovative HR systems that transformed operational efficiencies.

She is active in the HR community in the Czech Republic and abroad, sharing her experiences and expertise with colleagues from all over the world.
