Michal Kolomazník is a seasoned expert in project management and digital transformation with more than ten years of experience in leadership positions. He is currently a Scrum Master, Senior Project Manager and PCAI at Microsoft, where he leads teams in delivering large-scale projects worth over $200 million. His areas of expertise include agile methodologies, cybersecurity, and implementation of modern data and AI solutions. Michal co-founded the Business Value program, which generates sales in excess of $460 million, and received the prestigious Platinum Award, given to only the 200 most outstanding Microsoft employees.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Michal held leadership roles at several global companies, including Procter & Gamble, where as Chief Financial Officer he oversaw the financial health of a unit with annual sales of over $1 billion. He also served as a Purchasing and Quality Manager at ENGIE and as a Key Account and Quality Consultant at Gravity Group.

Michal is also active in the non-profit sector, where he provides coaching and training to support youth in developing countries. As a consultant, he has worked with 180 Degrees to fight corruption and fraud in non-profit organizations around the world.

He is currently actively pursuing a PhD in AI and ACM and holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. His other qualifications include PROSCI Advanced Instructor, SCRUM Master, SCRUM Product Owner and PMP ACP certifications.
