Nela is the founder and soul of Fpohybu – a company that guides sedentary and manual workers to incorporate movement and healthy habits into their daily routine through playful, cleverly designed wellbeing programmes. Opening up a sustainable pathway to improve their health, performance and mental well-being. Currently, Fpohybu is on a mission to build a healthier company culture in over 70 Czech and global companies.
At her young age, Nela was shortlisted for the Amsterdam Creative Heroes Award, selected by the state of Chicago for the innovative YTILI program for young innovative leaders in the US, and her business has been featured in Forbes and CzechCrunch.
