Olga Ksenzova is a Program Manager at Red Hat with a passion for innovation and process optimization. She holds leadership roles as co-chair of the Women’s Leadership Council and chapter lead for the Early in Career Community, where she fosters Gen Z leadership. Based on her experience in a RH-size company, she can set the ground for professional and progressive discussions for a whole spectrum of generations. This complex background helps her support also external communities of females in IT in Belarus.
