Paulina has almost 20 year experience in HR, focusing on building engaging and inclusive workplaces. She is an expert and speaker in the subject of multigenerational communication and cooperation.

Her professional path includes employer branding, HR, training, leadership development, internal communication, candidate and employee experience. In the past, she was a BoD member in BIGRAM –  HR consulting company in Poland.

She moved to Prague in 2021 to support the cultural change in the ORLEN Unipetrol group.

She promotes inclusive decision making and introduces events and initiatives which lead to strengthening the engaging leadership culture.
