In her role, she oversees the comprehensive creation and implementation of marketing strategies for both markets and leads the team responsible for all Mastercard campaigns.

Since joining Mastercard in 2017, Pavla has managed marketing strategies and campaigns such as support of small and medium-sized enterprises during pandemic, ESG activations or loyalty solutions promotions.

Pavla has been involved in marketing her entire professional life and has extensive experience, which she gained during her career in the FMCG sector.
