Petr has been involved in the recruitment/HR business since the age of 18. He established the portal cocuma.cz which helps companies with content that they can with pride propagate beyond the confines of their offices and which people from the outside will trust. He is actively involved in company culture, mentoring and changing the perception of HR. He oposses against nonsense, egocentrism and opportunism in business.
