Renata Mrázová
Czech senior manager, currently working as Group Chief People Officer at FNZ Group. She has supported activities and projects related to diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion for over 20 years. Three years ago, she founded the Inspire & Impact Network, which currently brings together over 300 successful Czech women to support each other and influence events in Czech society.
She graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, specializing in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
She started her professional career in the finance division of the Swedish pharmaceutical company Astra (now Astra Zeneca), and later coordinated the merger with the British company Zeneca as Astra’s CFO. She worked for the multinational ING Group (now NN), first as CFO for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, then as CEO, and later as Global HR Director with responsibility for 18 markets of the ING Group. After returning to the Czech Republic, she became Group Chief People Officer at the international Home Credit Group, part of PPF Group. She is now Group Chief People Officer at FNZ Group and also serves as a member of the Board of the Solvo Institute and Chair of the Minerva21 Board.
According to Forbes magazine, Renata is one of the most influential women in Czech business. In 2019, she was awarded the Stanton Chase Diversity Award for her outstanding contribution to diversity and inclusion. She is inducted into the Hospodářské noviny Hall of Fame among the most influential women in Czech business, and is also one of the FinŽena, which brings together inspiring women from the financial world across professions,
