Romana spent 24 years in KPMG in different roles, mainly business development, advisory, and also audit. She and her teams were providing services to financial institutions and investment groups in the Czech Republic and the CEE region as well. Subsequently was for more than 6 years a CEO of Kaprain Investment Group, which is active in different sectors. 

She graduated from the Prague School of Economics at the  Faculty of International Relations. She finalized her studies for an executive MBA at the University of Bristol and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris.
