Tomáš joined Alza´s universe in 2007 and grew rapidly in the company – from a student to Head of Internet Marketing and CIO who laid the foundations of the entire IT systems and came up with innovations like Alza PayBox. As Vice-Chairman of the Board he manages all strategic projects and is responsible for the company’s management.

Veronika Dvořáková


Veronika Dvořáková studied law, economics and journalism. She is an equity partner at HAVEL & PARTNERS, the largest law firm in Central Europe, where she is responsible for communications, marketing, CSR, ESG and leads the HAVEL & PARTNERS Training Academy. She advises the firm’s major clients on strategic marketing and crisis communications. She is dedicated to the development of relationships with women clients and last year launched the Czech-Slovak project for the support of women, NextŽeny. She is one of the TOP 100 female lawyers (Euro), the most influential women in the Czech Republic according to the Czech Forbes, and the Slovak Forbes ranked her among the 40 most important women in Slovak business. She is involved in a number of charity projects, she is on the board of the Czech Radio Foundation (Světluška, Ježíškova vnoučata). A former journalist and senior director at the Ministry of Justice, she also worked on a UN human rights project in London.
