Tomáš Ščerba is a partner of DLA Piper with almost 12 years’ experience as an attorney focusing on information and communication technology, commercial and contract law, intellectual property, antitrust and competition. In addition to his law practice, he is a lecturer at Masaryk University in Brno and other foreign institutions and the author of a number of publications and articles focused on IT law and cyber security.
