Tomáš Zavoral graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Brno University of Technology. He started his professional career in 2003 at Czech Radio as a marketing and PR manager, then from March 2007 he worked for three years as a spokesman for DIRECT insurance company. In 2010, he moved to Česká pojišt’ovna, where he worked for four years as a spokesperson and later as the director of the communication department with responsibility for all internal and external communication of the insurance company. From April 2015 to June 2020 he held the position of Director of Communications at Raiffeisenbank. For the last two years before joining Komerční banka, he worked at the PR agency Crest Communications, where he was responsible for clients in the banking, insurance and investment sectors as a member of the board of directors.
