Vaclav has a mix of experience from startups, management consulting, government and academia. He worked at Ernst & Young, the OECD in Paris, the Czech Government and he spent a year as a Fulbright scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Law school. In 2014, he joined Uber where he launched Prague chapter. Since 2015 he is expanding Airbnb business activities in Europe.
