ženy.WTF: Female Leaders Summit 2026 is a conference for women shaping business, technology, innovation, investment, and public decision-making. It builds on previous Female Leaders Summit editions while marking the next stage in the evolution of Female Leaders: from a standalone event into a stronger platform that supports women working with power, responsibility, and real influence across sectors.

The summit brings together founders, executives, investors, experts, public sector representatives, and emerging talent for a day of insight, high-level discussion, and meaningful connections. Its focus is practical rather than symbolic: opening access to knowledge, networks, and opportunities in the fields where the future of the economy and society is being shaped. This direction is consistent with the project’s innovation, education, and ecosystem-building mission as described in the grant framework.

About the Summit

Female Leaders Summit 2026 is part of a broader vision for Female Leaders as a platform that helps women strengthen their role in business, technology, capital, strategic management, and public life. The ambition is not to create another motivational community, but to build a space where women gain stronger access to expertise, visibility, decision-making networks, and long-term opportunities.

At the same time, the summit keeps its strong public-facing educational mission. It promotes innovation among women across generations, supports entrepreneurial and professional development, connects the academic, startup, corporate, and public sectors, and helps create new collaborations, mentoring relationships, and practical pathways into the innovation ecosystem. These objectives are directly aligned with the project goals defined in the grant application.  

Our Focus

The summit is designed to:

• popularize innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship among women across generations
• strengthen entrepreneurial, leadership, and strategic skills among students, early-stage founders, and experienced professionals
• connect academia, startups, corporates, investors, and the public sector
• support the creation of new partnerships, projects, and mentoring relationships
• expand women’s participation in Prague’s innovation ecosystem and in wider European conversations on leadership, competitiveness, and the future of innovation
• open access to the people, ideas, and sectors where real influence is created today. 

Topics

1. Technology, AI, and Digital Transformation

How artificial intelligence, data, and digital transformation are reshaping companies, institutions, and careers. This block will explore the practical impact of emerging technologies, how they are being implemented across sectors, and why women’s leadership matters in the digital economy.

2. Capital, Business, and Economic Power

Entrepreneurship, investment, growth, and economic influence. This block focuses on ownership, access to capital, business development, and the strategic decisions behind building sustainable companies, stronger careers, and long-term value.

3. Public Policy, Security, and Strategic Management

Public policy, security, and strategic management are increasingly shaping the environment in which business, innovation, and society operate. This block connects women in politics, public affairs, governance, and executive leadership with key topics such as geopolitics, cybersecurity, resilience, defense, and institutional decision-making. It will examine how leadership is changing in a time of volatility, regulatory shifts, and growing security challenges, and why women need to be part of the conversations that shape the rules, priorities, and strategic direction of the future. This also reflects the longer-term Female Leaders vision of opening access to the arenas where real influence is formed: regulation, public policy, technology, security, and geopolitics. 

4. Leadership, Career Growth, and Intergenerational Talent Mobility

How to build leadership, navigate career growth, and strengthen talent across generations in a rapidly changing world. This block will focus on professional mobility, intergenerational exchange, and the long-term development of women who want to grow into positions of higher responsibility and impact.

The support of the Prague City Hall makes it possible to expand the educational and public-facing programme focused on innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, and the development of women’s entrepreneurial skills across generations. The project contributes to strengthening Prague’s innovation ecosystem and creates an open space for collaboration between the academic, business, and public sectors.
